Service Description

Course Includes: Theory Understand the advanced techniques of deep tissue massage. Students will continue their knowledge of massage therapy and be able to understand the benefits deep tissue techniques will have on the body as a whole. You will be able to recognise the main contra-indications related to the treatment as well as understanding the correct methods to use for specific health and muscular conditions. Practical Students will learn how to safely and effectively perform advanced massage techniques using a range of hand, forearm and elbow methods to apply pressure deep into the required muscles. Techniques are designed to work on safely applying pressure into the muscles without adding any extra strain to the therapist. *a bespoke deep tissue full body massage routine will be taught*
