Course Includes
Theory
Understanding the knowledge of hair removal.
Students will be able to determine the stages of hair growth, recognise the hair structure and its components, contra-indications to waxing and also understand the basic hygiene and health and safety requirements involved with all specific waxing treatments.

Practical
You will learn how to put the correct hygiene measures into action when performing techniques with both hot & strip waxing, while also understanding how to apply and remove each waxing system to specific areas of the body.
This course will have you working on the full leg and forearm with strip wax.
Underarm, bikini, and facial waxing with hot waxing techniques.

Training: 3 full days (approx. 18 hours)

CERTIFICATE IN ADVANCED WAXING TECHNIQUES
Course Includes
Theory
Understanding the background knowledge of advanced waxing techniques, including contra-indications, trouble shooting and how to effectively use hot wax efficiently.

Practical
You will learn how to remove hair from the most delicate areas of the body, including the nose and ears.
This course is advanced, helping you understand the correct posture techniques, how to hold and support the client, while specialising in working towards the complete comfort and modesty of the client.

Training: 1/2 day (approx. 3-4 hours)

Student must have studied a certificate in basic waxing techniques previously and have been working with hot wax in a salon for a minimum of 3-6 months
